A woman in her mid-30s was a passenger in a vehicle being driven on the Long Island Expressway when it was hit in the rear by another vehicle. The Court grant the client’s Motion for summary judgment holding that the other vehicle was 100% responsible for the accident for striking the vehicle she was a passenger in, in the rear.
