$850,000 for man injured in gym accident

A man in his early 30s was injured when the equipment in the gymnasium he was using broke closing his body to be flung
backward onto an equipment bench. He injured his lower back and underwent surgical procedures. He had a pre-existing condition
to his lower back which was there before the accident occurred. The gym only had $1,000,000 in insurance coverage.
