$650,000 for a woman who slipped on snow on apartment building stairway

A woman had slipped and fallen due to wet steps on the third floor of an apartment building, It had snowed earlier that day. We established that the porter did not clear the snow from the sidewalk and people stepped in the snow on the sidewalk then walked into the building tracking the snow up the stairway where it later melted leaving the stairs wet. The woman had fractured her ankle and underwent surgery.
