$3,500,000 for construction worker

A construction worker fell off the ladder on his truck about 6 feet to the ground.
He sustained injuries to his neck, back and ankle and underwent surgical procedures.
He had previously injured his neck and back in an accident 6 years earlier.
The owner of the construction site was found to be 100% responsible for the accident by the Judge.
The case settled before the trial began.
