$2,850,000 Settlement For Passenger In Car accident

Man in his 50s was a passenger in a motor vehicle which was struck in the rear by another vehicle .
We won our motion and the Court held the other vehicle 100% responsible for the accident.
There was minimal damage to the vehicle he was a passenger in and he was not disabled from
his employment. The client injured his neck and underwent 2 surgeries. Just before the trial the case
settled for $2,850,000.
