$1,650,000 Settlement For Passenger on a Motorcycle

The client, a male in his late 20’s, was a passenger on a motorcycle being operated on the
highway which was in a collision with a car. There were significant liability issues as to in which lane the accident occurred and which vehicle was at fault. The chance of winning the trial was 50/50. The client fractured both of his lower legs and underwent numerous surgical procedures. The case settled for $1,650,000.
